About

Old Newspaper Font uses narrow serif letterforms with irregular, eroded edges that create a visibly weathered print texture. Its sturdy strokes and condensed proportions give short words a dense, old-press appearance, while the worn detailing keeps the rhythm intentionally uneven. The typeface works most convincingly in large headlines, cover graphics, and period-inspired packaging where the distressed surface can remain visible. The compact spacing helps it hold a strong shape in display settings. At smaller sizes, however, the broken contours can make individual characters harder to read, so it is less comfortable for continuous text.

Best For: vintage poster headlines, distressed album covers,newspaper-style packaging,period-themed signage

Not Ideal For: long paragraph text, small interface labels, legal documents, dense editorial layouts

Perfect for headline, music, and packaging, with a creative and decorative style.
