About

Gidugu is a straightforward, modern sans serif that was designed for the Telugu script, with supporting Latin characters for mixed-language layouts. Its strokes are even, counters open, and spacing relaxed, so letters stay legible when scaled up on posters or event invitations. At text sizes the forms can feel a bit rigid, but at large sizes that same simplicity reads as clear and confident. If you need a decorative or heavily stylized Telugu look, this family will feel too restrained, yet it works nicely when typography should stay in the background and let the message lead.

Best For:
headline text in Telugu, event invitations and cards,large-format posters, multilingual display layouts

Not Ideal For:
dense long-form paragraphs, ornate branding needing high personality, small UI labels or captions

Perfect for advertising, headline, and invitation, with a calm and sans serif style.
