Crash Test Font

Tailored for explosive display graphics, Crash Test Font showcases heavy comic letterforms defined by thick outlines, irregular stroke weights, and punchy character geometry. The robust strokes establish an assertive rhythm, while tight character spacing keeps titles compact and visually cohesive. With wide, slightly exaggerated proportions, the typeface commands immediate attention across event banners, arcade flyers, and packaging labels. However, the dense counters and eccentric forms significantly impair readability in smaller text sizes. The design performs best when set in short, uppercase-heavy phrases rather than extended body copy, where the clustered weight quickly overwhelms dense editorial paragraphs.

Best For: comic book titles, animated cartoon posters, youth gaming merchandise

Not Ideal For: continuous body text, corporate financial statements, mobile interface labels
