Bicycle carries the kind of weathered charm you’d expect from old fairground signage — thick, ornate letterforms with a retro decorative structure and generous visual weight. It ships in two variants: a standard version and a fancier alternate with extra flourishes, giving designers some flexibility within the same nostalgic aesthetic. The strokes feel hand-crafted without being strictly handwritten, landing it firmly in the display category. It holds up well on poster headers, vintage-style event graphics, and merchandise prints where atmosphere matters. That said, it falls apart quickly at small sizes — intricate detailing becomes muddy below 24pt — and extended body copy is simply not what this font was designed for. If you need something readable at scale, look elsewhere.
