Basilisk leans on heavy, blocky strokes and octagonal curves, giving each character a hard‑edged, mechanical presence with very little softness in its forms. The spacing is tight and the structure tall, so words lock together into a compact, high‑impact line that reads well in large sizes. Visually it sits between retro arcade lettering and modern tech branding, which suits game covers, sci‑fi posters, YouTube thumbnails, or bold apparel graphics. However, the aggressive shapes quickly become tiring in long sentences, and small text can look cramped and jagged.
