Diplomata is a high-contrast engraved display typeface with wide proportions, sharp bracketed serifs, and a distinctive inner light line running through each stroke, giving it a formal, decorated look. Its structure feels rooted in classic serif traditions similar to Bodoni, but pushed wider and heavier, so it reads more like a statement piece than a text face.
