Splats Font delivers an unconventional decorative design built around bold paint splashes and liquid droplet contours. Each character is embedded directly inside an irregular silhouette, creating stark contrast between the solid outer splatters and the inner cutouts. Spacing between letterforms remains relatively wide to accommodate the extended splash edges, while proportions vary naturally across individual glyphs. The letterforms command strong visual attention when rendered at large headline scales for comic artwork, skate graphics, or arcade flyers. However, the heavy surrounding shapes severely reduce character recognition at smaller sizes, making the typeface poorly suited for dense paragraphs or body text.
