About

Ayuga leans into heavy, rounded serif shapes with thick strokes and groovy, psychedelic curves that immediately pull the eye. The letters feel dense and compact, with minimal contrast and tight spacing that pushes the text into a bold block of color. It gives off a playful retro mood, somewhere between vintage poster lettering and 70s album covers, so it fits nicely on music event graphics, hipster branding, or bold product packaging that wants a nostalgic twist. However, the weight and decorative details make it tiring in long paragraphs and less suitable for small UI text. Ayuga works best when you let it shout in short headlines and logotypes rather than supporting body copy.

Best For:
retro music or festival posters
bold logo and wordmark concepts
groovy branding for lifestyle products

Not Ideal For:
long paragraph text
formal corporate documents
small-size UI labels or captions
dense editorial layouts

Perfect for branding, headline, and logo, with a artistic and decorative style.
