About

Fasthand blends the look of fast Khmer handwriting with a structured text face, giving it loose, slightly angular curves and a consistent stroke that holds up in paragraphs. Counters stay open and spacing is relatively even, so lines don’t collapse into a messy texture the way some expressive scripts can. The tone feels informal and human, closer to a neatly scribbled note than a polished calligraphic script, which makes it useful for UI labels, blog-style body copy, or product descriptions that need a relaxed voice. It is less convincing for very formal branding or highly geometric layouts, where a cleaner sans serif or more classic script will sit better. If you like the liveliness of designs such as Seaweed-style scripts but want more day-to-day readability, this strikes a practical middle ground.

Best For:
informal body text
casual app interfaces
friendly blog captions
handwritten-style product descriptions

Not Ideal For:
long formal documents
corporate legal text
high-end luxury branding
rigid geometric layouts

Perfect for body text, headline, and kids, with a artistic and handwritten style.
