Esteban Font

Esteban is a text-focused serif with medium stroke contrast, sturdy serifs, and a tall x-height that keeps lowercase letters open and legible even at small sizes. Its slightly condensed width lets you fit more words per line, which works nicely in novels, poetry collections, and content-heavy websites where space is at a premium. The overall impression is warm, literary, and calm—more personable than a strict old-style book face, but still grounded and serious enough for thoughtful content. I tend to reach for Esteban when I want body text to feel like a printed page, but I would not rely on it for loud, high-impact display typography or ultra-modern tech branding that needs sharper geometry.
