About

Dongle is a rounded sans serif typeface built on a de-squared, modular Hangeul structure, so its strokes feel soft and circular rather than boxy. Characters run slightly small and compact compared to many Korean display faces, which gives dense text blocks a neat, rhythmic texture but can look undersized if you rely only on point size instead of visual adjustment. The light, regular, and bold weights cover most interface and branding needs, and the included Latin set lets you mix English and Korean smoothly in the same layout. I find it works especially well in mobile apps, captions, and banner text where you want something informal and cute, but it can look a bit too playful for strict corporate reports or legal documents.

Best For:
mobile app UI labels
Korean social media graphics
playful banner headlines
product tags and stickers

Not Ideal For:
formal corporate documents
long printed novels
highly traditional editorial layouts

Perfect for branding, headline, and social media, with a clean and display style.
