Arunika Font
Free for personal useAbout
The strokes here aren’t subtle—Arunika leans hard into its identity with condensed uppercase characters, angular serifs, and a visible texture that reads as aged or worn. The semi-bold weight gives it enough visual punch to anchor a poster or album cover without needing much surrounding decoration. Where it earns its place is in horror, gothic, or medieval contexts: escape room signage, dark fantasy event headers, Halloween packaging. The all-uppercase-only character set is the main trade-off—running it in mixed case isn’t possible, and body copy use is out of the question. At small sizes, the textured details lose definition quickly, so this font needs room to breathe. A fair comparison point would be blackletter or grunge display types; Arunika sits closer to the horror-display end of that spectrum.
