Amarna Font

Amarna combines a humanist skeleton with glyphic touches: terminals feel subtly chiselled, contrast is noticeable but not extreme, and spacing stays open enough for continuous reading. At light weights the strokes look refined and airy, while bolder styles pick up a sturdy, almost engraved flavor. This gives the font a contemporary yet slightly classical tone, comparable in spirit to Gill Sans or Albertus but drawn with cleaner, more current proportions. It handles UI labels, long-form text, and display headings with equal confidence, especially when you lean into its lighter weights for large titles. If you need very neutral corporate typography or ultra-formal legal documents, its distinct glyphic character can feel a bit too expressive.
