Our Serif Hand uses irregular serif letterforms and hand-drawn stroke movement to create a casual display texture. The uppercase and lowercase characters keep a consistent handmade direction, while varied curves and slightly uneven details prevent the design from feeling formal. Spacing appears fairly compact, helping short words hold together in titles and labels. Numerals and common punctuation follow the same lively construction. It reads most clearly at larger sizes, where the individual serif shapes remain distinct. The decorative irregularity gives headlines personality, but it makes extended text and small captions less comfortable to scan.
