A Glimpse Font

There’s something deliberately unsettling about A Glimpse — the strokes carry an irregular, hand-crafted quality that feels like lettering scraped rather than drawn. The letterforms lean into expressive, rough-edged construction with low-contrast strokes and intentionally uneven spacing, giving it an underground, handmade character. It suits short-burst text well: album titles, horror event headers, tattoo shop signage, or edgy apparel graphics. That same rawness is also its constraint — longer passages quickly become fatiguing, and the font’s tonal specificity limits it to contexts already leaning dark or unconventional. If you’re working on anything requiring approachability or corporate polish, this is the wrong tool.
